For your technology needs, the best way to reach us is through this support portal. This is monitored, and you do not need a Bluefield.edu email address to send a ticket to support. We will get to you in a timely manner. If this is related to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), reference this article. If you are an Alumni, your account may have been disabled for your security and has not been enabled unless otherwise notified. If you are a student, reach out to our support with your student ID number, so we can quickly address you.

Logging in to myBU

Bluefield University students,

 

To log into myBU, you will need a university email address. If you do not have one, you will not be able to log in to myBU. If you need to make confirmation payments, we suggest that you reach out to the Bluefield Central department for further information.

You do not need to log into myBU to access your Bluefield University email or Canvas.

After logging into myBU, you will have access to a number of resources specifically tailored for your needs. In addition, you will have access to My Pages where you can add your own bookmarks, calendar events, and other content. If you have forgotten your login or are uncertain of your login information, check out theĀ  My Account Information page for more information!

myBU is responsive so it works on mobile and tablet devices as well.
