For technology needs, the best way to receive support is through the support portal. This is monitored daily, and you do not need a Bluefield.edu email address to send a ticket to support. We will get to you in a timely manner. If you need support with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), reference this article. If you are a student, reach out to our support with your student ID number, so we can quickly address your concerns. Please be as detailed as possible when putting in requests so that we can assist you quickly.

If you need to make confirmation payments, we suggest that you reach out to the Bluefield Central department for further information.

All of these links are available without having to log in to myBU to access your Bluefield University email or Canvas.

BUPortal and myBU are two different services. The former is the application service most likely to be used before you are a student. The latter is related to your student access once you become a student of the University.
